Rock and roll legend Stu Cook was a guest on The Time Machine. The bass player for Creedence Clearwater Revival shared with the Maui radio audience his work with John McFee and the late Keith Knudsen. The trio formed a band called Jackdawg but their album was never released. The super cool record label Sonic Past Music has officially released the album after nearly two decades. John McFee is no stranger to The Time Machine as guitarist for Clover, The Doobie Brothers and Southern Pacific. His fellow band member from The Doobie Brothers, Keith Knudsen, drummed some fun into the album's material by pounding those skins and complimenting Stu Cook's tremendous bass playing.

Other artists played by radio hosts Summer Blue and Michael McCartney on this Maui afternoon FM broadcast include Creedence Clearwater Revival and Rachael Yamagata plus The Chipmunks stop by The Time Machine to plug their latest rock offering by covering Blink 182.
